| 摘 要： | 按照建设社会主义市场经济的要求,文章通过比较并借鉴苏州市在征地补偿工作中的实际经验和具体做法,反思在推进城市化进程中的某些不当做法,依照征地补偿相关理论的要求,切实修改和完善征地补偿的法律法规,让全体人民共享改革开放的成果,保障困难人群的基本生活条件,保证农村居民的生活水平不降低,并且给他们提供长期稳定全面的法律保障,特别是建立失地农民的社会保障体系,切实推进我国的城乡一体化进程.
