| 摘 要： | 本文根据我国经济发展的具体情况，运用统计模型．采用定量分析方法，分析了企业国际化经营对我国产业结构演化的影响。从而得出结论，面对经济全球化和我国经济结构调整与经济增长方式改变的背景，我国企业应该通过国际化经营．来达到优化我国产业结构，改善我国的经济增长方式，继而完成我国新型工业化的目标。
