| 摘 要： | 针对当前招投标工作评标过程中所存在的主观因素多和运行成本高等问题，根据系统工程原理，建立了以Internet/Intranet为基础的计算机网络投标评判系统，采用SAS软件将众多投标投标数据进行多元统计主因子分析，从而挑选出其中最优投标。分析结果表明，该系统工作简洁、可靠、准确，为公平、公正地选择中标，提供重要的参考作用。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of artificial interference, high cost and low efficiency in bidding evaluation, this paper established the bidding evaluation system based on computer Internet / Intranet and the principle of system engineering. This bidding evaluation system can quickly calculate bidding data by the method of main factor analysis and choose optimal tender by using SAS software. It works reliably and conveniently and can be used in present construction engineering practice. |
