| Abstract: | The dynamic of knowledge creation comes not only from person but also from the interaction between persons and its environment,which is named Ba.This paper analyzed the dynamic mechanism of knowledge creation Ba from three layers:points(personal psychodynamic),lines(concerning the interaction between two person)and area(concerning all elements in the Ba).Furthermore,it explores the management pattern of knowledge creation Ba in order to give a guide to knowledge creation management. |
