苹果中啶虫脒残留量快检测定及方法评估

Rapid Determination and Method Evaluation of Acetamiprid Residues in Apples

Abstract:In order to evaluate the adaptability of the rapid detection kit for acetamiprid residues in apples, the rapid detection kit was evaluated according to the technical specification for the evaluation of rapid detection methods in food,taking apples sold in GB/T 23584—2009 as the reference method. the rapid detection kit was evaluated according to the Technical Specification for Evaluation of Rapid Detection Methods in Food. The results showed that the sensitivity of kit 1 was 100%, the specificity was 66.67%, the false negative rate was 0, the false positive rate was 33.33%, the difference was 8.1,the relative accuracy rate was 80%;the sensitivity of kit 2 was 100%, the specificity was 100%, the false negative rate was 0, the false positive rate was 0, the significant difference was 0, and the relative accuracy was 100%;the sensitivity of kit 3 was 100%, the specificity was 50%, the false negative rate was 0, the false positive rate was 50%, the difference was 8.1, the relative accuracy rate was 80%.
