| Abstract: | This article first elaborates the development and innovation role of technological innovation in the agricultural product processing industry and the role of promoting industrial integration,and analyzes the connotation of technological innovation from the perspective of technological innovation methods and actors,and focuses on the key technologies that appear in current agricultural product processing industry technological innovation.Insufficient equipment development and other issues,summarized strategies such as strengthening basic original innovation,independent research and development breakthrough key technologies,and establishing a national collaborative innovation system,aiming to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,enhance independent research and development capabilities,and achieve rapid development of the agricultural product processing industry. |
