Abstract: | With the deepening of global economic integration, international food trade has developed rapidly, and the traditional regional restrictions on diet have been broken gradually. Under this development background, the unsafe factors affecting the food industry are also increasing. Over the years, with the continuous improvement of material living standards, the attention to food safety has been deepened. While ensuring fair trade and promoting stable and rapid economic development, it is the basic requirement of food safety to effectively avoid risks and ensure public health and safety. This paper mainly analyzes the role and application effect of risk analysis system in food safety management. |
