The quality safety of food is the key factor to guarantee the health of human beings, and is the most important prerequisite for people’s survival and development. With the development of the Socialist market economy, people’s living standards are gradually improving, and the issue of food safety and quality is becoming more and more concerned. At present, China’s food safety supervision and inspection, whether in technology or in product quality and safety supervision and management, are still facing many deficiencies and problems, and continue to affect the in-depth development and improvement of inspection technology. Therefore, this paper focuses on the food safety supervision management inspection technology and research, hoping to understand the status of the technology, for the development of China’s food sector to provide reasonable guidance, to achieve China’s food safety supervision, management and inspection technology to further improve the level of China’s food sector to promote healthy development.
