| Abstract: | The abuse of antibiotics in animal husbandry and breeding leads to serious excessive antibiotic residues in animal derived foods, which poses a threat to human health. Analyzing the types of antibiotic residues, scientifically adopting pretreatment technology, and developing an effective method for the detection of antibiotic residues in animal derived food will help to ensure food quality and safety. In this paper, the harm of antibiotic residues was analyzed in detail, and the types and detection methods of antibiotic residues in animal derived foods were introduced, so as to provide reference for relevant research. |
