快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用实践

随着我国经济、科技的不断进步，人们的生活质量有了很大提高，更注重日常饮食的质量安全问题。目前，我国食品相关部门已普遍使用快速检测技术保证人们的食品安全。本文通过文献调研法对快速检测技术的特点、快速检测方法的种类及快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用等进行分析，以期为我国快速检测技术的发展提供参考。

Application Practice of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision

With the continuous progress of China’s economy and technology, people’s quality of life has been greatly improved, and people and more attention is paid to the quality and safety of daily diet. Now food-related departments have begun to apply rapid detection technology to ensure people’s food safety.In order to provide reference for the development of rapid detection technology in China, this article introduces the rapid detection technology through the literature research method to the characteristics of rapid detection technology, the types of rapid detection methods and the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision.
