| 摘 要： | 心理契约是一个变化发展、动态平衡的生态系统。从生态学视角来看，个体和组织的心理契约的形、成是心理生态系统中各种关系的动态和谐，即心理生态系统各因子根据内外环境的变化不断进行自我调适，以使系统不断实现新的、更高层次的、和谐的过程。心理契约的研究中引入生态学的视角为其提供了一个崭新的研究取向。

| Abstract: | Psychological contract is a dynamic ecological system with homeostasis. From the ecological perspective, the formation of the psychological contract between individuals and the organization is the dynamic harmony among a variety of relationships within the system, which means a process through which the factors within the psychological-ecological system adjust themselves to fit for the internal and external environment and to update the system unceasingly to a more creative, more advanced and more harmonious status. The introduction of the ecological perspective to the study of psychological cOntaCt provides a brand-new tropism for the study. |
