| 摘 要： | 国际经验显示，滨水地区已经成为国际大都市参与应对城市经济结构转型和全球竞争的重要战略空间。本文回顾了黄浦江两岸地区综合开发以来，沿江地区功能转变的历程，并结合新时期上海城市转型发展和国际化大都市建设的发展需求，从战略优势、价值导向入手，对黄浦江两岸地区功能提升问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | International experience show the waterfront has been the important strategic region of the international metropolis dealing with urban economic structure transformation and taking participation in global competition. This paper reviewed the comprehensive development of cross-strait of Shanghai Huangpu River since 2002, and discussed the region＇ s function ascension combining with the demand of Shanghai city transformation and international metropolis construction. |
