| Abstract: | This article focuses on the enhancement of EPC general contracting project management. The application of domestic electric power engineering EPC general contracting and the existing problems are analyzed thoroughly. The factors restricting the power engineering EPC general contracting management are analyzed, and some meaningful suggestions on strengthening the EPC general contracting project management are put forward, hoping to provide help and reference for the relevant research and workers. |
