图形监控机械手教学平台的研究

摘    要:在当今社会,科学技术发展迅猛,而图形监控在工控自动化领域发展中也得到很快的提高。本设计从教学角度出发,介绍了图形监控机械手教学平台的总体结构,运用图形监控来完成机械手的模拟操作,不仅能够对机械手进行监控,而且能够进行模拟控制。通过组态软件强大的动画功能实时显示机械手的动作过程,通过模拟机械手画图,做变量,编写程序,来实现机械手的模拟操作。其中运用动画的效果去模拟机械手的运作,降低了学习的难度,而且可以很大程度上吸收经验,掌握知识。

Abstract:In today's society, science and technology has rapid development, and also the graphic monitoring has great improvement in the field of industrial automation. This design from the teaching point of view, introduces the overall structure of graphic monitoring robot teaching platform, using graphic monitoring to complete the simulated operation can not only monitor the manipulator, but also can simulate control. Through powerful animation function of configuration software can display the action process of manipulator in real time, through the simulation manipulator drawing, doing variables, programming to realize the simulation of the manipulator operation, the application of animation to simulate the effect of the manipulator operation reduces the difficulty of learning, but also can absorb the experience in a large extent and master knowledge.
