中国钢铁业市场绩效的实证研究

摘    要:针对当前较低的产业集中度已经成为制约中国钢铁业发展的突出问题这一现实,有必要以考察钢铁业的市场绩效作为研究产业集中度的切入点,运用因子分析技术对钢铁业的市场绩效进行实证研究。结果发现,生产规模是影响中国钢铁业市场绩效的主要因素,同时钢铁企业的布局和产品差异程度也有较大影响。为此,应该将钢铁企业的兼并重组、产品结构高级化和布局优化结合起来,以促进钢铁业集中度的提高。

Abstract:Since the low industrial concentration has currently become the obvious problem of constraining the development of China's iron and steel industry,it is necessary to study the industrial concentration from the perspective of market performance.This article uses factor analysis to conduct empirical study of iron and steel market.The conclusion is that the production scale is the major factor affecting the market performance of China's iron and steel industry,followed by the distribution and product difference of iron and steel enterprises.As a result,we shall merge and reorganize the iron and steel enterprises,upgrade the product structure and optimize the distribution so as to boost the concentration of iron and steel industry.
