2007年中国金融政策执行效果分析

本文在对2007年中国宏观经济运行情况、执行的主要金融政策、金融市场运行及政策效果进行全面分析的基础上，对2008年宏观经济形势进行了分析和预测，并对应执行的金融政策提出了建议。2007年中国经济增长总体水平较上年提高，金融市场总体运行平稳，呈现出持续、快速和健康发展的良好势头，但存在着流动性过剩、通货膨胀压力大等问题。2008年中国应执行从紧的货币政策，同时搭配稳健的财政政策，深化汇率制度改革，鼓励和支持扩大消费信贷业务，完善住房贷款定价机制，加强金融市场制度建设。

The Effects of Chinese Financial Policies Implemented in 2007

Based on the analysis of the operations of China's macroeconomic,main financial policies implemented,operations of financial market and effects of financial policies of 2007,we make our forecast on China's macroeconomic trend and put some suggestions on the financial policies that should be implemented in 2008.The quality of China's economic growth of 2007 was higher than that of last year.China's financial market performed steadily and presented the trend of continuous,fast and healthy development while trading was prosperous.However,there are still some questions,such as excess liquidity,inflation,and so on.China should implement a tight monetary policy,as well as the prudent fiscal policy,deepen the reform of exchange rate regime,encourage and support banks to expand consumer's credit,perfect the pricing regime of loan,and strengthen institution constructions of financial market in 2008.
