| 摘 要： | 文章从化学品危险性分类、化学品安全技术说明书和化学品安全标签三方面入手，深入分析了我国化学品管理技术标准的沿革和制修订情况。通过对联合国GHS制度、“关于危险货物运输的建议书”（TDG）以及欧盟REACH法规的比较研究，提出了未来我国化学品管理技术标准的发展方向，并对下一步化学品管理技术标准制修订工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper does some deep and detailed studies on the development of chemical management standards in China based on the research of chemical classification, SDS and safety label. Some proposals are presented based on the analysis result of GHS, TDG and EU-REACH, which are three most important technical systems of chemical management in the world. |
