| Abstract: | China＇s old-age insurance system is formed as a result of China＇s special conditions, is a product of our country from planned economy system to the market economic system during the transition period, refers to the enterprises and institutions to adopt two kinds of different pension system. With the development of economy, obvious shortcomings of dual track system is more and more obvious, has become the main obstacle to the realization of social justice. |
