| 摘 要： | 本文以福建省的情况为例,分析了矿权市场建设中存在的挂牌出让的矿权数量少、有实力的矿山企业不足、政府部门之间不协调、中介机构薄弱、二级市场发展缓慢等问题,并从思想观念、法律法规等六个方面分析了产生上述问题的原因,并提出了完善矿权市场建设的六项对策建议。
