| 摘 要： | 企业再造思想是二战后经过长期的发展演变而逐步成熟起来的，但从根本上讲，其理论体系仍不够完善。企业再造理论仍处在发展之中。从20世纪90年代开始，企业界已经有许许多多的公司开始进行企业业务流程再造的尝试和实践。但企业业务流程再造的实践的结果从总的来看并非如人们想象的那么美好。当前在我国企业内部推行业务流程再造计划没有普遍意义，但西方企业业务流程再造理论可以为我国企业改革提供许多有益的启示。
