| 摘 要： | 可行性研究既是粮食工程项目建设前期的一项重要工作内容,也是控制工程建设投资的一种重要手段。根据设计院在粮食工程造价管理领域的地位和作用,提出设计院要转变观念,正确处理技术先进与经济合理2者之间的关系,以控制可行性研究阶段粮食工程造价。
