| Abstract: | The paper reviews the theoretical and empirical literatures on the problems of debt financing governance effect inside and outside China in three aspects:the governance mechanism of debt financing,the empirical research on the governance effect of debt financing and the factors restraining debt financing governance effect of listed companies.It analyzes the problems and shortage of present literatures,providing some train of thought for the research on the effect of debt financing on company governance. |
