我国境外经贸合作区建设与企业“走出去”战略

摘    要:文章通过总体评估和案例分析,认为当前存在微观企业问题凸显,产业定位不明确,以及盲目投资、重复建设、区位选择扎堆等现象,严重影响我国境外经贸合作区的可持续发展和企业走出去步伐。合作区建设的政府主导模式需要进行战略性调整。激发企业走出去的主导性和主动性、合理调整产业定位、构建园区综合评价体系和强化政府主体的导向、服务及保障功能,是合作区建设应该着力调整的方向。
