| Abstract: | The female employment in the face of gender discrimination has been is no longer a simple moral value, but rather a matter of social harmony and social problems is the issue of women＇s social value. Promote healthy and harmonious development of Chinese society, we must focus on the elimination of gender discrimination in employment of women as women＇s liberation in the cause of an important task. |
