| Abstract: | This article proceeds from the 12th five-year-plan development goals of tourist industry in Hebei province,making use of the analysis of SWOT to explain the advantage and disadvantage clearly and the challenge and opportunity in new period.We should pay attention to major projects to realize the development goals and design feasible financing mode on the basis of the character of modern tourism. |
