| 摘 要： | 为评价国内中小城市住宅物业服务质量,论文基于大量的调研数据及中小城市部分住宅小区问卷调查的结果分析,构建了中小城市住宅物业服务质量评价指标体系,应用该指标体系可客观测评中小城市住宅物业服务质量的满意度,有助于提高中小城市住宅小区物业服务水平。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the property service quality of residences in small and medium-sized cities in China,based on a large number of survey data and the analysis of the questionnaire survey results of some residential areas in small and medium-sized cities,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of property service quality of residences in small and medium-sized cities.The application of this index system can objectively evaluate the satisfaction of the property service quality of residences in small and medium-sized cities,and help to improve the property service level of residential areas in small and medium-sized cities. |
