| Abstract: | Taking the opening and operation mode of one-stop training factory as the research object,this paper selects a group of professional students to carry out the opening practice of one-stop training factory from the four aspects of organizational structure,training content,examination process and method,and employment docking,and obtains certain effect,which provides reference for the opening work of training factory in the future. |
