干部教育培训“两高两服务”的价值取向研究

《2018-2022年全国干部教育培训规划》指导思想部分提出了“高质量教育培训干部、高水平服务党和国家事业发展”,既是干部教育培训目的,也是干部教育培训的价值取向。严格落实《2018-2022年全国干部教育培训规划》各项要求、全面深入开展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想教育培训、突出主业主课、优化分类分级培训和建强培训保障体系是实现新时代干部教育培训“两高”价值取向的保障和途径。

Research on the Value Orientation of"Two High and Two Service"in Cadre Education and Training

In the part of the guiding ideology in"2018-2022 National Plan for Cadre Education and Training",the idea of"high-quality education and training for cadres and high-level service for the development of the cause of the Party and the country"was put forward,which is not only the purpose of cadre education and training,but also the value orientation of cadre education and training.Strictly implementing the requirements of"2018-2022 National Plan for Cadre Education and Training",comprehensively and thoroughly carrying out the ideological education and training of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,highlighting the main courses for employers,optimizing the classified and graded training and building a strong training guarantee system are the safeguards and ways to realize the"two high"value orientation of cadre education and training in the new era.
