| Abstract: | The imbalance of knowledge distribution in an enterprise provides an opportunity to proceed knowledge management.The purpose of knowledge management consists in integrating knowledge resources in the enterprise,mining the potential and finally promoting the growth and innovation of them. Actually,knowledge management,which bases on the imbalanced configuration of knowledge,aims at to create new imbalanced knowledge distribution in the enterprise. |
