| 摘 要： | 中国盛产糠醛，大部分廉价出口，经济效益较低，因此积极开发高附加值的糠醛下游产品十分重要，其中生产2-甲基呋喃就是很好的项目。催化剂是糠醛气相加氢生产2-甲基呋喃过程中的关键因素，它对装置的平稳运行和成本的降低至关重要。从实际出发，指出了在糠醛气相加氢生产2-甲基呋喃的过程中影响催化剂使用周期的几个主要因素，并进行了分析。

| Abstract: | China＇s rich in furfural with the majority export and lower benefit. So the development of high value -added downstream products of furfural would be very important, such as production of 2 - methyl - furan which was a very good project. Catalyst was a crucial factor in process of 2 - methyl - furan production visa gas phase hydrogenation of furfural, which was important for the smooth operation of equipment and cost reduction. Several major factors affecting the catalyst u- sing cycle in process of 2 - methyl - furan production by furfural were indicated and analyzed. |
