| 摘 要： | 基于对江苏、江西、内蒙、云南四省(区)638户的农户信息服务调查问卷,分析了当前我国农村信息服务的供给方式及农户对农村信息服务的需求。调查表明,农户信息服务需求呈现多元化趋势,但是农户信息服务的选择权主要体现在基层政府及其职能部门,存在强制性供给,农民的需求缺乏有效的表达机制。

| Abstract: | Based on 638 households farmers Information Service questionnaire in Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Inner Mongolia and Yunnan provinces (autonomous regions), the author analyzed the way of supplying the information services and the demands of farmers. The results show that the demand of information services has diversified,but the farmers hasn't the right of choose of information services, the government and its departments is lack of an effective mechanism for expressing the needs of farmers. |
