| 摘 要： | 主要研究生态工业园区的本质特征，分析了评价区域发展指标体系的特点、适用范围等，提出适用于生态工业园区评价的循环经济指标体系，并初步论述了评价方法。文章通过对比区域发展指标体系、生态城市建设指标体系内涵，构建了适合于评价生态工业园区的4层结构、底层共34项指标的评价指标体系，既比较全面地考虑了环境、经济及社会等方面的发展水平，又对工业生产的过程有所侧重，较好地反映了生态工业园区的循环经济特征。
