The Sequencing Theory studies how economic policies are performed according to the optimal sequence in order that the best effect can be acquired and economy can develop through the optimal path.And the Sequencing Theory also plays an important significance in the study of capital account liberalization.This article summarizes the achievements of this field through reviewing the relevant literature,and provides some references for China's capital account liberalization.
