浅谈高职高专电子商务专业人才的培养

伴随着网络经济的兴起,各个行业对电子商务人才的需求越来越大。但目前高校培养出这类专业的毕业生就业率却远远低于同时期的平均水平。其根本原因是高校教育与社会真正需求相脱节。目前社会所需的电子商务人才应具备多学科复合型、实践能力水平及工作岗位的多样化等特点。高校培养电子商务人才应以牢固基础、突出风格、满足标准、强调实践为出发点,坚持以市场需求为目标,牢牢抓住理论教育和实践能力培养相结合的方法,突出优势,显现特长,培养出符合社会及经济发展需要的电子商务人才。

Accompany with the rise of cybereconomy,each trade demand to e-commerce talents is greater and greater.But at present employment rate for this kind of specialized graduate's in university is far lower than the average level of the same period.Its basic reason is that a university education is divorced from social real demand.Now the e-commerce talents that the society needs should own the characteristics of the multi-disciplinary compounding type,practice ability and the diversification of work position,etc.University train e-commerce talent should start from point of firming foundation stressing style,meeting standard,emphasizing practice.Insist on regarding market demand as the goal.Firmly catch the method combine theory education and practise ability.Stress the advantage,train the e-commerce talents meeting the society and economic development's needs.
