| 摘 要： | 在技术与市场的驱动下，电信产业（T）、互联网产业（I）、传媒产业（M）、娱业产业（E）逐渐渗透交叉，走向融合，催生“TIME”生态系统，从而衍生丰富的电信业务。基于此，交互式电视，即IPTV应运而生，成为产业融合的契合点。文章基于产业融合的视角，剖析电信、互联网、传媒、娱乐在IPTV产业链中的地位及作用，并提出促进IPTV产业链发展的策略。
