| 摘 要： | 我国大陆与台湾地区先后制定和施行法律援助制度。两岸法律援助虽然在内容规定、机构设置等方面存在比较突出的差异，但是都面临着经费来源紧张、实施人员紧缺等问题，且都获得了比较广泛的社会认可。比较研究两岸法律援助制度将有利于两地法律援助制度的进一步完善。相互借鉴是完善两岸法律援助制度的重要路径。 |

| Abstract: | The legal aid system has been established and implemented in Chinese mainland and Taiwan district successively. Though there are striking differences in the content and organization structuring, both are facing problems such as hard financing and worker shortage. The study will benefit the perfection of the system for each. It is an important path to perfect the system by cross reference. |
