文化资本成为企业的核心竞争力

摘    要:组织中存在的各种信息不对称现象,引发了逆向选择以及道德风险,导致企业内部市场资本成本增加收益降低,从而对企业的生存和发展产生了消极影响。对此,本文提出企业文化包含专有知识和制度体系两个方面,这些组织的共同意识通过降低不确定性和减少交易成本,在信息时代逐渐成为带来收益并保证可持续性的最重要资本性要素。因此,组织的文化资本可以说是当代企业的核心竞争力和本质特征。

Abstract:The ubiquity of information asymmetry in organizations leads to adverse selection as well as moral hazard,and results in the increase of enterprise's cost and profit decline.Thus it has a negative impact on the development of enterprises.This paper proposes that enterprise culture includes two aspects.One is proprietary knowledge;the other is regulation system.By reducing uncertainty and transaction costs,it gradually becomes the most important form of capitals which can brings profits and ensure the sustainability in the information age.Cultural capital is therefore the core competencies and essential characteristics of a modern enterprise.
