摘    要:企业是现代社会的基本元素和基本组织形式,企业文化建设的本质是以人为中心的管理,从关心人、理解人、尊重人和人的多层次需要出发,善待员工,使员工在和谐的劳动关系和工作环境当中产生归宿感和认同感。只有重视企业文化的发展和建设,企业才能增强向心力、凝聚力,从而促进劳动关系的融洽和谐。
