| 摘 要： | 伴随着以信息化、全球化、知识化、人本化为特征的新经济时代的来临,企业的竞争更加激烈,企业文化对企业的生存和发展有着不可替代的作用,因此,企业文化的建设是企业的永恒主题。一个企业的动力及凝聚力不是来源于资源和技术,而是来源于企业文化。
