| Abstract: | Confucian businessman actively advocated by Confucianism as the basic guiding ideology of business management,thus had formed Confucian businessman spirit with strong Confucian characteristics,mainly including the occupation spirit,Commercial values,business ethics,management philosophy,ideal personality and so on. Confucian businessman spirit highlights the basic features and essence of Confucian businessman,and ensures the success of business. In-depth discussion and analysis of the main content of the Confucian businessman spirit will help to further deepen the understanding of Confucian businessman,and provide theoretical reference for contemporary commercial operators. |
