摘    要:核心竞争力是企业持续发展的动力,对企业生产经营而言十分重要。人力资源是企业核心竞争力的来源,人力资源管理对企业核心竞争力的培育具有重要的影响。企业应当从人力资源规划、薪酬管理、绩效考核体系的建立、人员培训与开发等几个方面入手,加强人力资源管理,促进核心竞争力的培育。
