摘    要:虽然我国的经济改革与开放促进了经济的迅速发展,但由于理论的滞后和政策的不到位,无论是公有企业还是私有企业的运行都或多或少地存在着矛盾与不和谐,这些矛盾与不和谐的存在影响到国家的稳定。解决这些矛盾与不和谐,需要采取必要的措施,更需要以实事求是的精神进行新的理论探索。

Abstract:China's economic reform and opening to the outside world have promoted the rapid economic growth of China,but due to various reasons such as incomplete policies,there exist some contradictions in both public-owned and private enterprises which affect social harmony.One of the contradictions is the relation between management and labour.We should pay more attention to the contradictions and take effective measures to solve them in a down-to-earth manner.
