China is confronted with the practical choice industrial structure upgrading or generation changing and enterprises developing overseas in homeland after accessing to WTO. Considering that China has obvious relative superiority to Iran in energy sources, traffic, machine-electron, light industry, water and electricity, dam, machine, and so on , and Iran has special technical superiority to China in traditional handcraft carpet, happy fruit planting, adding deepening economic-trade relationship day by day in recent years between China and Iran, it's necessary for developing actively multinational investment between China and Iran in new era.
