| 摘 要： | 进入二十一世纪以来,我国的经济迅速发展,使得我国的建筑产业也迅猛发展起来。在这其中,"建筑工程施工管理"也成为每一个建筑施工管理都研究的新课题。"建筑工程施工管理"也作为一个全新的概念,渗入到建筑和行业的方方面面。针对于目前实际施工中出现的问题,从三个方面进行探讨,以为做到建筑工程施工管理的规范化、现代化。

| Abstract: | Entering the 21th century, China＇s economy develops fast which makes China＇s construction industry rapidly develops. So building project construction management becomes a new research subject for every construction management. As a totally new concept, building project construction management infiltrated into every aspect of construction industry. Basing on the actual problems in the construction process, the paper discusses how to achieve the standardized and modem management of building project construction management from three aspects. |
