外资利用对我国产业安全影响的实证分析——外资结构效应和溢出效应的视角

外资利用对我国产业安全的效应主要包括结构效应和溢出效应,结构效应分析表明外资利用对我国的产业安全具有不利的影响,存在产业结构和地区经济结构失衡的现象。通过基于溢出效应视角的外资利用影响我国产业安全模型的构建和计量检验表明,外资对第一产业的溢出效应不显著,对第二产业存在着正的溢出效应,对第三产业的溢出效应为负,这种溢出效应的差异加剧了我国产业结构的不均衡,进而影响着我国的产业安全。

Empirical Analysis on Effects of FDI Utilization on China's Industry Security——Based on Structure Effect and Spillover Effect of FDI

Structure effect and spillover effect are the main effects of FDI utilization on China's industry security.The analysis on structure effect shows that FDI utilization has some negative effects on China's industry security,such as the imbalance of industry structure and regional structure.The paper sets up a spillover-effect-based model to test the negative effects of FDI utilization on China's industry security.The result of the model's metric test shows that the spillover effect of FDI is not obvious in the primary industry,positive in the secondary industry and negative in the tertiary industry.The difference of the spillover effect increases the imbalance of industry structure and then influences China's industry security.
