| 摘 要： | 我国正在加快生态文明建设,生态水利工程是生态文明建设的重要组成部分,也是水利工程补短板的关键举措。重点研究了生态水利工程的基本概念,全面探讨了规划设计中应遵循的基本原则,系统分析了都江堰“大型生态水利工程”典型案例,并提出了加快生态水利工程建设的有关建议,以期为生态水利工程规划设计、建设与管理提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | China is now speeding up the construction of ecological civilization. The eco-hydraulic engineering is an important part of the ecological civilization and also the key measure for strengthening weak areas in water conservancy projects. The basic concept of the eco-hydraulic engineering is emphatically studied, and the basic principles to be followed in the planning and design are fully discussed. The typical case of Dujiangyan large-scale ecological water conservancy project is systematically analyzed. Some suggestions on how to accelerate the construction of eco-hydraulic engineering are put forward in order to provide reference for planning, design, construction and management of the ecological water conservancy projects. |
