摘    要:更好地发挥高学历、高职称引进人才对高校发展的作用是人才引进的关键问题。通过调查研究。可以深入考察北京市属高校近5年引进的人才在"就职途径与原因"、"教学科研业绩"、"潜能发挥情况"、"绩效考核"、"离职倾向"等方面的表现及存在的关键问题。

Abstract:To fully exert the in fluence of talents with high degree and high title who are introduced to univer- sities is the key to the universities' development.This paper deeply explores the situation of the talent introduction in 5 universities attached to Beijing municipal government in"channels and motivations for job","performance in teaching and research","level of exerting potential","assessment"and"intent of resignation",meanwhile, the critical problems above are discussed as well.
