我国企业管理现代化的进程研究

企业管理现代化是发展中国家实现现代化的重要任务,也是我国特有的经济学与管理学范畴。改革开放30年以来,我国企业管理现代化有了长足的进步,同时还存在诸多的问题。本文探讨了企业管理现代化的概念,提出了一个系统分析框架和研究思路,据此对我国企业管理现代化所取得的成就以及存在的差距进行了实证分析,并提出了加快企业管理现代化的政策建议。

A Study On the Progress of Management Modernization of Chinese Enterprises

The business management modernization is an important task to realize modernization for the devel- oping country,and is also a unique category in the economics and management fields in our country.In the 30 years since the reform and open policy,the business management modernization in our country has gained a great development,but also has some problems.The theory as a whole falls behind the practice.This article discusses the concept of the business management modernization,and proposes a systematic analysis frame and the research men- tality.According to the above work the article has carried on an empirical study on the achievements as well as the disparity in our country's business management modernization.In order to speed up the advancement of the busi- ness management modernization,the article puts forward some policy proposals at last.
