企业生命周期与协同创新网络关系的多案例研究

如何构建协同创新网络以获取所需资源是企业成长的重要问题。通过探索协同创新网络演进的各个阶段，选取制造型企业东汽与京东方进行多案例研究，分析对比两家企业的成长历程和所处协同创新网络的演化过程，提出了企业生命周期与协同创新网络之间存在互相匹配的理论模型。研究发现：企业要根据自身成长时期和所处协同创新网络的演化阶段，选择恰当的协同伙伴，才能满足自身发展需求。

A Multi-case Study on the Relationship between Enterprise Life Cycle and Collaborative Innovation Network

How to build collaborative innovation network to obtain the required resources is an important problem for enterprise growth.By exploring each stage of the evolution of the collaborative innovation network, this paper selects the manufacturing enterprise DONGqi and BOE to conduct multiple case studies, analyzes and compares the growth process of the two enterprises and the evolution process of the collaborative innovation network in which they are located, and puts forward the theoretical model of the existence of mutual matching between the enterprise life cycle and the collaborative innovation network.It is found that enterprises should choose appropriate cooperative partners according to their growth period and evolution stage of collaborative innovation network, so as to meet their own development needs.
