| 摘 要： | 2010年,人民银行和银监会联合下发了《关于鼓励县域法人金融机构新增存款用于当地贷款的考核办法》,旨在引导县域金融机构加大对本地信贷投放的力度,支持县域经济建设。但调查发现,政策实施以来,四平市县域金融机构存贷比例仍呈下降趋势,对当地经济金融发展带来较大负面影响。针对这种情况,应采取措施引导金融机构加大县域信贷投放的力度。

| Abstract: | In order to guide the county＇s financial institutions to increase the strength of local credit,to support county economic development,the state have issued related polices.A recent survey suggests that since the implementation of the policy,savings and loan ratio continued to drop in Siping county financial institutions.In view of this situation,measures should be taken to guide financial institutions to increase the strength of the county credit. |
